About This Course

Offered by Accord College, the CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) will teach you the skills to manage and supervise a variety of building projects. Designed and delivered by industry professionals, this course enhances your building experience and enables you to graduate with an industry-relevant qualification in a dynamic and growing industry.

The theoretical and practical classes provide students with the skills and knowledge to manage contracts and tender documents, estimate and monitor costs, conduct site surveys, and acquire the capabilities required for supervising and managing building projects - covering everything from structural principles to occupational health and safety.

Students will gain skills for the management, supervision, and administration of medium-rise building construction projects up to three storeys across residential, industrial and commercial sectors. This diploma also opens opportunities for graduates to start their own building business in Australia.
