Offered by Accord College, the CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) will teach you the skills to manage and supervise a variety of building projects. This course is designed and delivered for builders of ambition by the builders and industry professionals at Accord College. The Diploma of Building and Construction course enhances your building experience and enables you to graduate with an industry-relevant qualification in a dynamic and growing industry. The theoretical and practical classes and flexible hands-on learning at Accord College provide students with the skills, knowledge, and understanding of how to manage contracts and tender documents, estimate and monitor costs, conduct site surveys, and acquire the capabilities required for supervising and managing building projects. Accord College's Diploma of Building and Construction will offer students all topics related to structural principles through to occupational health and safety.
Students completing the Diploma of Building and Construction at Accord College will gain skills and knowledge for the management, supervision, and administration of medium-rise building construction projects up to three storeys across residential, industrial and commercial sectors. A Diploma of Building and Construction enables students to attain their goals of being a registered builder, including the opportunity, when they graduate, to start their own building business in Australia.
